Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray 2 donut pans with nonstick spray. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, egg, milk, yogurt, and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined - do not over mix.
