I am 99% sure yours is negative switched. There is no standard spot light wiring on those vehicles. If you do not already have a wiring loom you can buy a genuine spotlight wiring loom from the dealer for about $100 that will plug in (piggy back) to the existing wiring rather than having to tap a feed off.
