What makes a blue mocktail blue? The secret blue ingredient we use is called blue curacao syrup. Curacao is a liqueur made from the dried peel of the laraha citrus fruit. It is mainly grown on the island of Curacao in the Caribbean sea. Of course, we don't want to use a liqueur to make our mocktail so we opted for blue curacao syrup.
