Both Cobb and Marietta police charged Tiliacos with multiple counts of sexual battery and cruelty to children against two individuals who worked at the restaurant. The alleged victims were underage at the time, per the warrants.

Come-N-Get-It is one of my favorite places to eat in Georgia. There is a sense of community in the atmosphere, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is top-notch. There's a great mix of Southern meets Mediterranean. The biggest problem I faced with this restaurant was that the meat on their ribs just will not stay on the bone.
