To make the filling. Put a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of the oil and when it's hot, add the ground meat and sausage. Heat oven to gas Mark 4. Fry onion, mince, celery and carrot. Add bacon till brown. Add flour for 1 minute. Stir in stock and wine, simmer for 30 minutes. Boil potatoes then mash with butter. Stir pesto into mixture. Put meat mix into dish, top with potatoes and Parmesan and bake in oven for 30 mins.
