FYI - Costco in the Chicago area has Neuske's thick-cut applewood smoked bacon on sale for $19.99 for 5 pounds. $4 per pound for Neuske's is insane. I suspect it was bacon that was intended for restaurants that were not open over the last 2 months. Neuske's sells the exact same item for $42.99 on their website.
